This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. The main issue addressed is the lack of integrated information regarding the strengths of each educational institution, as well as the absence of a recommendation system that considers various important criteria such as accreditation, facilities, tuition fees, achievements, and study programs. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The implementation results of the PROMETHEE method show that Royal University achieved the highest ranking, followed by Asahan University and STIKES As Syifa Kisaran. This method has proven effective in producing rational and transparent campus rankings based on multi-criteria preferences. This study aims to design a web-based decision support system using the MOORA method to produce objective, fast, and accurate assessments. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL, with evaluation criteria including discipline, teamwork, sales volume, and length of service. The implementation results show that the system is capable of performing calculations and ranking sales performance in a measurable manner. This application assists supervisors and managers in conducting evaluations and accelerates decision-making processes. Royal University does not yet have an integrated and real-time network monitoring system, so network administrators often discover disruptions after receiving reports from users. This condition results in slow response to disruption handling and suboptimal network performance. This study aims to implement The Dude as a network monitoring system to support the optimization of Royal University's network infrastructure performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with the stages of problem identification, literature study, system analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The monitoring system is implemented with The Dude Server architecture running on MikroTik CHR, while The Dude Client is used by the administrator via a laptop. The results show that the system is capable of performing network discovery, monitoring device status in real-time, displaying network topology visualization, recording monitoring history, and providing notifications when disruptions occur. System testing proves that all monitoring functions run according to the analyzed requirements. Sistem <em>monitoring</em> diimplementasikan dengan arsitektur <em>The Dude Server</em> yang berjalan pada <em>MikroTik</em> CHR, sedangkan <em>The Dude Client</em> digunakan oleh administrator melalui laptop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan <em>network discovery,</em> memantau status perangkat secara <em>real-time</em>, menampilkan visualisasi topologi jaringan, mencatat histori <em>monitoring,</em> serta memberikan notifikasi ketika terjadi gangguan. Pengujian sistem membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi <em>monitoring</em> berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah dianalisis. Data were obtained from 20 Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu) in Rumbai Timur District, including Lembah Sari Village and Limbungan Village with a total of 1,000 toddler data. After cleaning and preprocessing, 782 data were obtained ready for use. The preprocessing stages include data cleaning and transformation, outlier removal, minority class handling, and data normalization. Next, data balancing was carried out using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) to address class imbalance. The data was divided into 80% training data and 20% test data, then the K parameter was tested from 1 to 15 using 5-fold cross-validation. The results showed that the value of K = 1 provided the best performance with a macro recall of 0.8827 and an accuracy of 86.26%. These results indicate that the combination of the KNN algorithm with the SMOTE method and Min-Max normalization is effective in improving classification performance on imbalanced data and producing accurate and balanced predictions of toddler nutritional status between classes.</em></p> <p><strong>Keyword</strong><strong>s</strong><strong>:</strong> <em>k-nearest neighbor; toddler nutritional status; SMOTE; min-max scaling; classification; anthropometric data</em></p> <p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan status gizi balita berdasarkan data antropometri menggunakan algoritma K-<em>Nearest Neighbor</em> (KNN). Data diperoleh dari 20 Posyandu di Kecamatan Rumbai Timur, meliputi Kelurahan Lembah Sari dan Kelurahan Limbungan dengan total 1.000 data balita. Setelah melalui proses <em>cleaning</em> dan <em>preprocessing</em>, diperoleh 782 data yang siap digunakan. Tahapan pra-pemrosesan meliputi pembersihan dan transformasi data, penghapusan outlier, penanganan kelas minoritas, serta normalisasi data. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyeimbangan data menggunakan <em>Synthetic</em> <em>Minority</em> <em>Oversampling</em> <em>Technique</em> (SMOTE) untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan kelas. Data dibagi menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, kemudian dilakukan pengujian parameter K dari 1 hingga 15 menggunakan 5-<em>fold</em> <em>cross</em>-<em>validation</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai K = 1 memberikan performa terbaik dengan <em>recall</em> <em>macro</em> sebesar 0,8827 dan akurasi 86,26%. This high demand requires data package retailers to manage inventory optimally to ensure product availability meets customer needs. At CMC Cell, the determination of data package stock is still based on intuition without systematic data analysis, resulting in stock accumulation for certain products and stock shortages for others when demand increases. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the optimal stock of data packages. The MOORA method is applied to rank data package alternatives based on several criteria, including data package demand, sales history, remaining stock, selling price, and validity period. Sales data are analyzed using the calculation stages of the MOORA method. The results show that the Telkomsel V 3 GB data package achieves the highest preference value of 0.1498 and is therefore recommended as the top-priority data package, with an optimal stock quantity of 200 units. Tingginya permintaan tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha penjualan paket data untuk mampu mengelola stok secara optimal agar ketersediaan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Pada Toko CMC Cell, penentuan stok paket data masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi tanpa analisis data yang sistematis, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan stok pada beberapa produk dan kekosongan stok pada produk lain saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode <em>Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis</em> (MOORA) dalam menentukan stok optimal paket data. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif paket data berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu permintaan paket data, riwayat penjualan, jumlah stok tersisa, harga jual, dan masa aktif. Data penjualan paket data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan perhitungan metode MOORA. SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang still faces limitations in determining the most appropriate bullying prevention strategy, because the selection of strategies is still reactive. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist the school in determining the priority of bullying prevention strategies. This study aims to design and implement the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method in a decision support system to determine the most appropriate bullying prevention strategy. The criteria used include program costs, target scope, resource requirements, and speed of implementation. The system was developed web-based to facilitate data processing and analysis. The results showed that the strategy of Integrating Bullying Material into Learning was the most appropriate strategy with a value of 0.0464. SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menentukan strategi pencegahan perundungan yang paling tepat, karena pemilihan strategi masih bersifat reaktif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan prioritas strategi pencegahan perundungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode <em>Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis</em> (MOORA) pada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menetapkan strategi pencegahan perundungan paling tepat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi biaya program, lingkup sasaran, kebutuhan sumber daya, dan kecepatan pelaksanaan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan dan analisis data.
