To improve data quality, a preprocessing process was carried out with stages of cleaning, case folding, normalization, stop word removal, stemming, and tokenizing. Next, the text is formatted using the TF-IDF method to facilitate classification. For this data, the Naive Bayes model is used, which has an accuracy rate of 87% in detecting sentiment. Positive and negative categories can be easily identified compared to neutral sentiments due to the smaller amount of neutral data. Overall, the Naive Bayes algorithm successfully analyzed user sentiments well. To overcome this problem, the application of the Single Moving Average (SMA) forecasting method is proposed to predict stock needs based on historical data. Thus, business owners can manage stock more optimally, avoid shortages or excess inventory, and improve business efficiency and finances. The results of the application of the SMA method show the prediction of voucher stock needs for April and May with fairly good Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) accuracy. For IM3 vouchers, the stock predictions for each month are 244 and 244.5 (MAPE 8.21%). Axis vouchers as many as 798 (MAPE 5.02%), XL as many as 713 and 724.5 (MAPE 5.02%), Telkomsel as many as 942 and 951 (MAPE 3.23%), Tri as many as 490 and 491 (MAPE 7.94%), and Smartfren as many as 656 and 664 (MAPE 5.38%). Teacher performance evaluation is necessary to understand how well teaching meets student expectations. This study evaluates student satisfaction with teacher performance at MAS Alwashliyah Petatal using the COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) method, which effectively handles multi-criteria comparisons objectively. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 66 out of 209 students (31.58% response rate), assessing 16 teachers based on four competency aspects: pedagogical, personality, social, and professional, with 12 sub-criteria. Despite the low participation rate, the data remained representative based on response distribution analysis. The results indicate that the COPRAS method accurately ranks teacher performance, with teacher Lia Novia, S.Pd achieving the highest satisfaction score (100%). These findings can be integrated into school policies, such as annual teacher evaluations and teacher development programs. The implementation of this evaluation system can also serve as a basis for designing teacher training that better aligns with student needs. PT Buana Sawit Indah, a company managing palm oil plantations, faces challenges in forecasting future production, necessitating a computerized forecasting system. This study aims to develop a forecasting system using the Single Exponential Smoothing (SES) and Single Moving Average (SMA) methods to predict palm oil production. The results indicate that both methods are effective; however, SMA with a Moving Average (MA) of 5 provides the best forecasting results, with a MAD of 165,941.64, an MSE of 65,823,372,491.27, and an MAPE of 15.66%, categorized as "good" forecasting. Meanwhile, the SES method with α = 0.9 yields the lowest error compared to other alpha values, with a MAD of 154,586.25, an MSE of 33,192,818,696.83, and an MAPE of 16.91%, also classified as "good" forecasting. Based on these findings, the SMA method with MA 5 is recommended as it produces lower forecasting errors than the SES method. PT Buana Sawit Indah, salah satu perusahaan yang mengelola perkebunan kelapa sawit, sedang menghadapi kesulitan dalam memperkirakan hasil produksi di masa mendatang, sehingga diperlukan sistem peramalan berbasis komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem peramalan menggunakan metode <em>Single Exponential Smoothing</em> (SES) dan <em>Single Moving Average</em> (SMA) untuk memprediksi produksi kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode cukup efektif, namun SMA dengan <em>Moving Average</em> (MA) 5 memberikan hasil peramalan terbaik dengan nilai MAD sebesar 165.941,64, MSE sebesar 65.823.372.491,27, dan MAPE sebesar 15,66%, yang dikategorikan sebagai peramalan “bagus.†Sementara itu, metode SES dengan α = 0,9 menunjukkan nilai kesalahan lebih rendah dibanding nilai alpha lain, dengan MAD sebesar 154.586,25, MSE sebesar 33.192.818.696,83, dan MAPE sebesar 16,91%, yang juga termasuk kategori peramalan “bagus.†Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, metode SMA dengan MA 5 lebih direkomendasikan karena menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan metode SES. However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi <em>stunting</em> yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala <em>stunting</em> pada balita menggunakan metode <em>forward chaining</em>. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan <em>stunting</em>. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko <em>stunting</em> serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. In today's digital era, the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies plays an important role in building and increasing customer loyalty. Along with the development of technology, the implementation of Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) is increasingly needed to manage customer interactions more effectively. This study aims to implement the application of E-CRM in terms of increasing the efficiency of customer data management and strengthening relationships with customers. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, which is carried out through interview techniques and observations of the system being run. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of E-CRM allows faster and more accurate product information synchronization, facilitates online transactions, and increases customer interaction through review features and direct communication. The methodology includes collecting user interaction data based on gender, statistical analysis, and applying machine learning algorithms to identify response patterns. The results reveal significant differences in how male and female users respond to social media content and campaigns, affecting marketing strategy effectiveness. Data science analysis showed that the K-Means Clustering method segmented users into three groups based on interaction patterns, with female users showing the highest engagement rate (18%) compared to male users (12%). The Decision Tree model identified gender as the most dominant predictor of engagement (40%), followed by user growth (25%) and content type (20%). The Random Forest model validated that gender-targeted strategies increased marketing effectiveness by up to 22%. Multivariate regression revealed a positive effect of female user proportion (+0.45) and a negative effect of male user proportion (−0.12) on engagement. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data interaksi pengguna berdasarkan gender, analisis statistik, dan penerapan algoritma machine learning untuk mengidentifikasi pola respons. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan dalam cara pengguna laki-laki dan perempuan merespons konten dan kampanye media sosial, yang berdampak pada efektivitas strategi pemasaran. Analisis data sains menunjukkan bahwa metode K-Means Clustering berhasil mengelompokkan pengguna ke dalam tiga segmen berdasarkan pola interaksi, dengan segmen perempuan menunjukkan tingkat engagement tertinggi (18%) dibandingkan laki-laki (12%). Model Decision Tree mengidentifikasi gender sebagai faktor paling dominan terhadap engagement dengan kontribusi sebesar 40%, disusul oleh pertumbuhan pengguna (25%) dan jenis konten (20%).
