THE MFEP AND MAUT METHODS IN SELECTING THE BEST EMPLOYEES

Many companies conduct assessments to improve employee performance, including Ibu Kartini Hospital. Components of performance appraisal, the number of employees, and assess-ment results become the main data of researchers. To avoid subjective and inaccurate judgments because of the large number of elements being assessed and the number of em-ployees to be assessed, the researcher assists the Hospital in finding the best employees by using Decision Support System Technology. Through a comparison of 2 methods, the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) and the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT), the researcher will conduct a com-parative analysis to produce an accurate value. The MFEP method is a method that considers several factors that influ-ence alternatives. While the MAUT method is a method that has a final evaluation scheme with weights and values that are relevant to the alternative. As a result, the MFEP method pro-duces 2 of the best employees, namely KRS52 and KRS59. While the MAUT method produces 1 of the best employees, namely KRS52.

In this study the method used is the K- Means Clustering method of 15 samples of product types. The data used and taken from the last 5 years namely 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 to do the grouping of data with the provisions of 3 clusters are Very in demand, in demand, and in demand. The results of the study and group-ing data by the K- Means Clustering method of 3 clusters determined there are 2 products with very best-selling clus-ters, 6 products with best-selling clusters, and 7 products with less-selling clusters.

Commands sent sentences as a comparison of data from input to output. At the time of the press command on the android application button, and the given press command sends decimal data consisting of 1, 2, 3, A, B and C explained to activate or move the car robot. COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019 is a pandemic that is sweeping the world today. From the WHO data, the number of confirmed cases increases every day, including in Indonesia. Misinformation is commonplace as people are active in seeking information about COVID-19. Valid information and real are needed to be a trusted source of knowledge. In this case, Indonesia ranging from the central government to local governments provide a web-based information portal to make a trusted information center to the community, including in Asahan Regency. Usability is one of the factors in the success of a government website. minimum to find out how easy it is to use and the purpose of its use achieved according to end-users. Usability testing in this study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method because SUS is a valid and reliable usability testing tool even with a small sample. The SUS Score results made on the web portal COVID-19 Asahan Regency amounted to 70.19 which shows that the website is acceptable but still not usable as a whole because of grade-scale=C and adjective-rating=ok category. From these results, it can be seen that this portal website still needs to be developed back to a better stage.

In the community there are so many controversies about alcoholic products that some people doubt the halal nature of the Islamic religion. Alcoholic drinks are classified as intoxicating drinks or also called khamar, then what about perfume. The use of alcohol as a mixture for perfume is well known, many perfumes circulating in the community have alcohol levels that are too high. Therefore we need a tool to be able to identify alcohol levels in perfumes that can be displayed digitally. This alcohol level identification tool consists of a minimum ATMega microcontroller system that functions as a system control center, mq-3 sensor to determine the alcohol level contained in a perfume which is then displayed on the LCD as an information displayer. This study aims to measure alcohol level in perfumes used in everyday life. This tool works by utilizing the characteristics of the MQ-3 sensor which has a change in the output voltage in the form of an analog signal, where the output voltage is proportional to the change in alcohol gas levels detected. The alcohol values that is processed in digital form then displayed on the LCD.

guardian lecturer in carrying out his/her duties as an academic supervisor. Therefore, this system can be used online with the facility and to record every activity, for example: make daily, monthly, and annual reports. The academic advisor of information system was developed by applying the prototyping method in the development stage. The prototyping method is suitable to support the software
development. By integrating this information system, it was easier, especially for an academic advisor to monitor the students and also to guided student development.

SQL Injection (SQLI) is the main type of attack that will threaten the integrity, confidentiality, and authenticity or functionality of database-based web applications. This allows an attacker to gain unauthorized access to a back-end database by exploiting vulnerabilities in the system to carry out attacks and access existing resources. Therefore, the best prevention techniques against SQL Injection attacks are needed to protect an individual or organizational data from hacking. In this study, using two security techniques, namely using the Intrusion Detection System as a sensor that will detect if an SQL Injection attack occurs, and using a web-based firewall (ModSecurity) as a security system that will block attacks. The purpose of this research is to build a capable security system that will detect and block any SQL Injection attacks against the database. the proposed system was tested using the Sqlmapproject attack tool. Sqlmapproject is used to attack web applications before and after protection. The results show that the proposed security system is functioning properly and can protect the database system on the web well, high performance, and efficiency.

The high demand for chili makes the supply of chili increased in Indonesia. The problem is that in cultivating a few curly red chili seeds farmers have not been able to select superior chili seeds that have high productivity levels to increase the yield of chili farmers. Indonesia is the most high risked of disaster in the world since a lot of volcanoes exist in the country. Total of disaster events is increasing year to year, from 2015-2019 particularly. Every disaster usually has difficulties for handling recovery phase. The former institution for handling disaster in Indonesia, the national committee named Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Indonesia (BNPB) still facing serious problem to solve recovery phase and volunteerism is one of the very significant solution. There is several type of volunteer and one of them is spontaneous volunteer. They bring good impact for recovery phase because they are the first one that can access and help the disaster prone area. During chaos time, social media function helps a lot to distribute information and to divide job desk. Indonesia is one of the biggest user of social media specially Twitter and Instagram. Thus, the importance of understanding the social media during disaster become really important to help spontaneous volunteer help in recovery phase.

The use of Information Technology is growing very rapidly, one of which is the use of the internet. Various offers in the form of internet data package promos from cellular operators are given to them so that it affects the behavior of students as loyal consumers of the products (internet data packages) they provide. This study aims to explain the phenomenon of student behavior as consumers of cellular operators towards the use of internet data packages. The population and sample in this study are STMIK Royal Kisaran students as consumers of Internet Service Provider Operators. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The conclusion in this study is expected to provide a comprehensive explanation of whatever factors that influence consumer behavior, especially students of STMIK Royal Kisaran for the use of internet data packages.

THE COMPARISON OF WASPAS AND VIKOR METHODS IN ASSESSMENT OF LECTURER PERFORMANCE

Lecturers are valuable assets in a university, both public and private. A good university must have lecturers who are experts in their fields. Therefore lecturers' evaluation performance needs to be done routinely to make sure lecturers have carried out their duties and responsibilities well. The results of the lecturer performance appraisal are used to consider the leadership to develop the lecturer career.This research aims to compare evaluation performance with the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) and Vise Kriterijumska Optimizajica I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) method. The used method in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach that is by using numbers in both calculations of the methods. The object of his research is the decision support system for the lecturers' performance evaluation. The results of his research showed that in evaluating the performance of lecturers using the WASPAS and VIKOR methods the same results were obtained for the best ranking, A10, but there were differences in the results for the next ranking.

As a prevention effort to limit the spread of pandemic COVID-19, learn from home is a learning activity through the online system. It makes lecturers and students have to use one or more learning media that replace conventional class teaching. As the subject of statistics is given in theory and practical concepts, then online learning seems to give an effect on studentsâ€™ interest in studying statistics. Then this research is aimed to know the effect of using e-learning on studentsâ€™ interest by collecting information from 7 groups of regular classes of Informatics system of STMIK Royal. The 156 random sample students answered the questionnaire and the result of the hypothetical testing analysis shows that using e-learning is giving a positive effect on the studentsâ€™ interest in studying statistic subjects.

READING SKILL SPEED BY USING SKIMMING IN INDONESIAN SUBJEC

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of speed reading ability by using skimming techniques in Indonesian language courses for students of class SI 2 C. The method used in this study is the method of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The type of research used is descriptive qualitative type. Subjects to be examined in this study were students in the class 2 C at STMIK Royal Kisaran. The samples are 26 students. Data collection techniques in research are test techniques and observation sheets. The research instrument was test material and test equipment, and the data analysis techniques in this study were the results of reading speed, comprehension of reading content, and calculating overall averages. Based on the results of this study concluded that the overall reading speed is 211 kpm into the good category. Then the percentage of overall student understanding is 85%. So the ability to average read quickly using skimming techniques for SI 2 C students is in the excellent category. It can be concluded that the learning speed reading skills can be enhanced through the skimming technique.

THE EFFECT OF PROBLEM SOLVING BASED ONLINE LEARNING ON STUDENT RESULTS

This study aims to describe the effect of problem solving-based online learning on student learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were students of the 4th semester STMIK Royal Kisaran with sample classes 4E (experimental class) and 4S (control class) in the Statistics Year 2019/2020 Academic Year. Learning is carried out using online which has been developed based on the problem solving model. The object of this study is to see the effectiveness of learning consists of student responses to the learning process. Hypothesis testing using the t test. Based on the results of research and discussion found that tcount = 2.08> t table = 1.697 at a significant level Î± = 0.05. The average value of class 4E (Using the Problem Solving Learning Model) is 85 and class 4S (Without Using the Problem Solving Learning Model) is 76.5. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of Problem Solving Learning Model on student learning outcomes. Student responses to components and learning activities are positive

COMPUTER ASSISTED LANGUAGE LEARNING (CALL) IN ENGLISH PRACTICE I

This study aims that the learning activity of using multimedia, we called that Computer Assisted Language Learning or (CALL) in English Practice 1 of STMIK Royal for Diploma. The majoring is system impormatic at the first semester students in 2019. It was increased the students' competences to understand about speaking area with Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL), as well as, how to give the response of students in using CALL especially for English Practice I. The sample were 36 students of Stmik Royal for diploma (Informatic Management) at the first semester students in 2019. The method used is a classroom action research method that consists of two cycles. Data were obtained the quantitative and qualitative method which found that the initial condition for the studentsâ€™ cognitive abilities, and studentsâ€™ learning outcomes. As the result, it was obtained that the rate of learning outcomes through the number of students who got the successfully and increased: 93.73% with an A and B and 85% of students will be showed interest, and responses with CALL. Based on the results of this study, the average value of student tests before doing the CALL was 59.46, and after doing the CALL it was increased about 72.97 in the cycle I and 90.79 in cycle II. it was concluded that English practice 1 with CALL. It will be improved learning outcomes of students, and it was also recommended to conduct further research and the CALL can be used as an alternative learning for lecturers who teach skills courses in an effort to improve student learning outcomes and provides so many options as making teaching interesting and also making teaching more productive in terms of improvements.

The rise of divorce cases in Kisaran City tends to increase from year to year mostly as a result of early marriages that are often carried out by local people. Marriage at an early age is indeed very vulnerable to various problems that can affect household harmony. This is in line with the lack of mental readiness and the immature soul of the couple to foster a harmonious, peaceful and harmonic household. Because marriage is not just to justify sexual relations between a man and a woman, but at the same time is also a legal act that results in civil law in the form of rights and obligations for both parties in the household. The real impact of early marriages often causes shock in household life which ends with the breaking of the marriage cord. This study found directly the factors that led to the rise of divorce cases due to early marriage in the City of Range. This research is a field research with qualitative type, which is a study in which primary data is collected by direct observation and interviews with various competent parties as well as through documentation of data contained in the Kisaran City Religious Court Office. The results of this study led to the divorce of young age couples in the Kisaran Religious Court due to economic factors, lack of understanding of religion, education and lifestyle.

Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) is to advocate the teaching practices that develop learnersâ€™ abilities to communicate in a second language. It represents a change of focus on the language teaching from the learnersâ€™ need for developing communication skills. It aims to make the students more actively in English speaking at Bintang Mulia Batubara Computer and English Training Course (LKP BINTANG MULIA BATUBARA). Here, the teacher gives the motivation and suggestions to the studentsâ€™ communication. It used the qualitative reserch design which the researcher used the description to answer the gaps of this research. The subjects are taken based on the students available technique to get the results and they are only 20 students. The researcher gave some small hot topics, they can communicate and give good respons Most of the students are able to communicate in English even though it is a little or step by step. They can make small communication because the CLT makes communicate to their friends in English. Besides they can speak English, they are so comfortable in the CLT approach in English Teaching.

ANALYSIS STUDENTS DIFFICULTY LEARNING DISCRETE MATHEMATICS

The research is a discriptive analysis research, that aims to describe the difficulties faced by students while studying discrete mathematics and the factors that cause difficulties themselves. It is needs to be studied in depth so that discrete mathematics learning for the new smester the difficulties experienced by students can be minimized by the new teaching method by paying attention to class conditions during learning. The subjects of this study were information system student in second smesters (SI 2I), STMIK Royal Kisaran which numbered 33 people. This study aims to examine the results of students learning discrete mathematics, and examine what factors are causing students difficulty learning discrete mathematics. The methods used is a mix method which is qualitative methods and quantitative methods. Data collections as the result of discrete mathematics learning outcomes, and mathematical learning difficulty questionnaire data. The results showed that most students still had difficulty learning discrete mathematics. This is because an average value is 49,79 the value category is in a low range, which is less.

that as many as 10% of computer system study program students have less interest in Calculus courses, 73.3% of computer system study program students have sufficient interest in Calculus subjects, and 16.67% of computer system study program students have a good interest in Calculus subjects.

THE EFFECT OF THINK PAIR SHARE COOPERATIVE LEARNING ON LEARNING OUTCOMES

This study aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share Cooperative Learning Model on class XI student learning outcomes in the subject of the Qur'an Hadith on the Function of Hadith on the Qur'an. Variable X about the application of the cooperative learning model type of think pair share (eps) in learning the Holly Quran of Hadith is 79. Variable Y regarding the learning outcomes of the Holly Quran of Hadith students of Class XI of Religion is 82. Through hypothesis testing obtained a simple regression equation Y = a + Bx = 11.65 + 0.895 (96) = 11.65 + 85.92 = 97.57 used to predict the value in the variable. So the value of applying the cooperative learning model type think pair share in learning the Qur'an Hadith to 97.57 if the value of the learning outcomes of the Qur'an Hadith increased to 96. This simple regression equation means that for an increase in X by 1, then the average value of Y must be increased amounted to 96: 97.57 = 0.9839089884 rounded up 65 to 0.984 so that 1> 0.984 which means the application of the cooperative learning model type think pair share affects the learning outcomes of the Holly Quran of Hadith.

With this research, the researchers want to know to what extent the knowledge of STMIK Royal Kisaran student about physical and social distancing also what prevention act they take to deal with COVID-19 Virus. Finally, the author can suggest this research to be utilized and developed in providing knowledge about COVID-19 Virus to be more efficient and effective, and also it can be used as knowledge for the community in dealing with COVID-19 Virus.

EFLs Identity Growth toward EIL: A Case Study in Indonesia

Abstract: This study determined the English teachers and the studentsâ€™ identity toward teaching and learning English as an international language (EIL). Here we adapted the model of three distinct White Identity orientations to EFL identity orientations by Howard, G. R. (1999). The author has designated white identity into fundamentalist, integrationist, and transformationist orientation. This study used of a qualitative case study in one of senior high school with English teachers and 2 grades in Indonesia by seeing their discourse as talk: classroom talk and teachersâ€™ and studentsâ€™ talk in the actual classroom and interview. Based on the results, EFLs identity was growing in some orientations. It was showed that they were fundamentalist in term of supremacy Standard English and inferiority Nonstandard English. But, the other case is they had an understanding the reality of English variations nowadays. Moreover, the results interestingly showed that they were in transformationist EFL identity when they were involved in global issue, nations, and cultures. It seemed that they were facing contradict orientation identity within themselves. Through these findings, it is very important to move forward the EFL identity of fundamentalist to integrationist and then be more transformationist EFLs. Implications and suggestions would be discussed in this study.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pertumbuhan identitas guru bahasa Inggris dan siswa terhadap pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa internasional (EIL). Di sini kami mengadaptasi model tiga pertumbuhan orientasi White Identity ke orientasi identitas EFL oleh Howard, G. R. (1999). Penulis telah menetapkan identitas kulit putih ke dalam orientasi fundamentalis, integrasionis, dan transformasionis. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus kualitatif di salah satu sekolah menengah atas dengan satu guru bahasa Inggris dan dua kelas di Indonesia dengan melalui wacana mereka sebagai pembicaraan: pembicaraan kelas dan pembicaraan guru dan siswa di aktual kelas dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil, identitas EFL tumbuh dalam beberapa orientasi. Terlihat bahwa mereka fundamentalis dalam hal supremasi Bahasa Inggris Standar dan inferioritas Bahasa Inggris Nonstandar. Tapi, kasus lain adalah mereka memiliki pemahaman tentang realitas variasi bahasa Inggris saat ini. Terlebih lagi, hasil yang menarik menunjukkan bahwa mereka berada dalam identitas EFL transformasionis ketika mereka terlibat dalam isu global, negara, dan budaya. Tampaknya mereka menghadapi identitas orientasi yang kontradiktif dalam diri mereka. Melalui temuan-temuan ini, sangat penting untuk memajukan identitas EFL dari fundamentalis ke integrasionis dan kemudian menjadi EFL yang lebih transformatif. Implikasi dan saran akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

COMPARISON OF THE USE OF ZOOM AND WHATSAPP APPLICATION IN ONLINE LEARNING TO SELF-EFFICACY

This research was motivated by the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia. This Pademi makes face-to-face learning into online learning. This study aimed to determine the comparison of the self-efficacy of students who learn online using the zoom application and the WhatsApp application. This study's population was STMIK Royal students in the Information Systems study program who took the Statistics course. The research samples were 5A grade students (learning using the zoom application) and 5B grade students (learning using Whatsapp application). The results showed that the use of the zoom application in online learning was better than using the WhatsApp group application in increasing student learning self-efficacy.

There are 98 respondents with a sampling technique that is probability sampling with an accidental sampling approach. Quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS analysis tool version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that platform assistance, expressing positive feelings, economic incentives, and helping the company have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions at Ayam Geprek Mak Judes Medan. While concern for others has a positive but not significant effect on consumer purchase decisions at Ayam Geprek Mak Judes Medan.

Interconnection networking is an important medium in daily life and provides many benefits, especially information that is faster and easier to get. E-commerce transactions or shopping at the Online Store allows the occurrence of fraud in selling goods or products offered. The number of problems that arise in buying and selling in Online Stores such as advertising an item or product does not match the original image or form and reality, to the goods or services not accepted by consumers, and so forth. The problem taken from this research is how the application of the criminal law of image retrieval of goods sold through online and how the efforts made to overcome the occurrence of criminal acts of fraud selling goods through online. This study uses a normative juridical approach using data obtained through library research, namely legislation, books, papers and other documents relating to research. Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded that a person can be said to be committing fraud pictures of goods sold through online if they meet the basic elements of: Subjective and Objective Elements.
